Why It's A Must See Movie

Halloween is next week. Hence I am picking a movie befitting that holiday. There are a ton of must see creepy type films. I felt in the mood to go with a wild card pick this week, and went with The Corpse Bride. Tim Burton did also create the lovely and ever popular Nightmare Before Christmas. However, I felt that his other animated creation deserved a little love too.

The Corpse Bride is a must see mostly because it is just a lot of wacky fun. It's got a quirky sort of humor. There is always some new underlining funny moment I find in it every time I watch it. I like that it can be kind of deep even though it's an animated movie mostly geared towards a younger group.

There is nothing more awesome to me than stop motion animation. It's so interesting to look at and there is so much detail put into the characters. I like all the crazy shapes they used for all the characters in this movie. I like that there is a good mix of creepy and comedy put into the dead characters as well. This may be a strange note, but I also love the way the lighting works in this movie. It's just lovely.

If you are looking for some good not too scary Halloween entertainment I would certainly recommend The Corpse Bride. I will be posting a video about other fun creepy entertainment for youth on Friday so stay tuned for that.
