Tangled

Hey everyone. Wow! The weeks kind of got away from me. However, I made it my mission to write something today no mater what. Last night I was as usual suffering insomnia and decided to catch the end of my new favorite animated film Tangled. I know I'm a little behind in the Disney lexicon since this movie was out like two year ago, but I finally watched it for the first time about six weeks ago. Now I'm a little obsessed with it. I'm one of those grown ups that loves a good cartoon. I'm also a crazy person who loves to quote Disney films at random, much to the amusement of my students. Tangled has a huge plethora of hilarious quotable moments. I also love the characters and the supporting characters. I usually judge whether a film is awesome or not by the amount of favorite parts in the movie. I have tons of favorite parts in Tangled. I actually starting to think the whole movie is one big favorite part. Let us not forget the lovely songs by Alan Menken. Gosh, I swear that that man is rich. I mean he's written music for almost every popular Disney film ever, and some of those ended up being Broadway shows too. I have to say he is really brilliant at what he does. Anyway it is a great film to watch for fun, and in my case it's a great film to watch when you can't sleep. I mean at least I had a good laugh while not sleeping.
