I would not recommend the New 52 version of Birds of Prey. If you enjoyed the previous series, you will likely be VERY disappointed. Just another series that DC managed to ruin with their New 52. There are only 2 of their books that I'm still reading and can highly recommend: Green Arrow (starting with the current creative team) and Swamp Thing. Both have excellent creative teams, interesting and well-told stories, and have apparently managed to avoid (at least so far) the editorial interference that has led to the decline of the majority of DC's current line of books (just my opinion, of course).
I know we've discussed it before, but yes, Supurbia is a great series! The ongoing continues the excellence of the mini-series - a shame it was canceled after 12 issue. I've only read up to issue #5 of the ongoing - I really need to get the remaining issues. Highly recommended!
