Weekly Obsession Wednesday

Hey guys and girls. Here are my obsessions for this week. It's just three this time but they are three good ones.

#3 Tumblr

I've had a Tumblr for a year or two but I haven't been very active on it. Part of the reason was because I only have three followers on there. However, this week I realized... who cares if I only have three followers? I can still write on my Tumblr for fun no matter who is reading it. So this week I revamped my page layout and I try to post at least one thing on the page a day. I also followed a couple more people. I'm thinking of doing some of the writing prompts that some of the writing Tumblr pages I follow post as well. Click here to view my Tumblr page.

#2 Screen Test

Screen Test is a video segment of actor and performer interviews created by Lynn Hirschburg. These interviews filmed in black in white can be found on YouTube either for W magazine or New York Times Magazine. I love actor interviews so I'm obviously obsessed with these. I go online to do something and all of the sudden I find myself sucked into a series of these Screen Test things. This has been happening all week. Haha! Here is one of Jennifer Lawrence. Gosh I just think she is hilarious!

#1 My new Acoustic Bass

I got the acoustic bass that I talked about last week on Sunday. I love it so much! I've been trying to learn the bass for awhile but I didn't really have one that was as easy to carry around as this one is. I just sounds so good and looks so pretty. The only trouble with is that it is kind of an unusual size, so it took forever to find a case to put it in. It drove the poor employees at Guitar Center crazy but they were very helpful and we found something that almost works.

1) Never knew you had a tumblr - now that I do I'll start following.

2) Screen Test looks rather interesting. Jennifer Lawrence is one of my favorite young actresses.
Besides being very talented, she comes across as very genuine and down-to-earth.

3) Your new acoustic bass looks awesome!!

But I miss the old layout...
