Hey all. I was going to do a playlist today. However, my puppy was so tired after being at the groomer all day that I took her to bed early, and didn't end up making a playlist last night. I did notice that yesterday's post was the 50th blog post on this blog. I wanted to pick a song to celebrate because a couple months ago I never thought I would get to 50. Mostly because I was in a weird place in my life and wasn't really able to blog at the time. Yet, here I am at 50 posts and blogging almost every day. Shiny!
Anyway, back to the song for the celebration. I was brainstorming and for some reason the song that came to mind was Holiday by Madonna. It is very happy after all. Though I had never watched the music video for it. I have to say it's kind of hilarious. I mean between the jazzercise dance and the random guy sleeping in the back of the dance studio...yeah pretty funny. At least the video puts you in a good mood.
By the way, thanks to all you readers who stuck with me through these 50 posts. Hope you stick with me for several more to come despite my typographical errors and my occasional creative grammar. I do my best, but ADD, Dyspraxia, and slight dyslexia have their ups and downs. Add in mad fast typing skills and you are bound to mess up now and again. Even though I proofread I still miss stuff until I read it weeks later. The brain can be so wacky. Thanks for your comments and your patience. Hugs to you all. This is probably my favorite song by Madonna. "Happy" is good - especially since I seem to need constant cheering up these days. Congrats on reaching your 50th post!
